Qualifications/Experience
- Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in a similar position.
- Proven work experience in facility management and people management.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Planning, coordinating, and controlling all technical and facilities management activities on behalf of the Company.
- Ensures the maintenance of plant, equipment and building assets.
Manages the soft services. - Compiles budgets and manages expenditure on technical services matters.
- Manages and controls general utilities and risks.
- Ensures the maintenance of plant, equipment and building assets.
- Maintains buildings ensures the maintenance of plant, equipment and building assets.
- Maintains buildings efficiently and financially optimal in all respects.
- Manages and controls risks in respect of machinery, plant, equipment, fire services and electrical reticulation.
- Manages soft services.
- Accountable over periods of up to a year for planning, co-coordinating and controlling all technical and facilities management activities on behalf of the Company.
