  • Experience in a Marketing, PR & Corporate Communications role.
  • Experience in developing and implementing media; advocacy and marketing communication initiatives/campaigns.
  • Writing and editing of copy; articles; press-releases; social media feeds; etc. Networking
    and relationship building skills.
  • Interacting with diverse people.
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicating complex information in writing and verbally.
  • Coordinating and securing buy-in from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Project Management & Budgeting.

Key Result Areas

  • Analyze and report on all aspects of brand coverage and impact by managing, coordinating and ensuring effective implementation of measurement and tracking tools.
  • Manage budgets in line with implementation plans by keeping a running budget indicating actuals vs budget to ensure effective budget management and reporting on budgetary position on an ongoing basis.
  • Meet relevant communications guidelines to fulfill the brand and trademark policy.
  • Develop and maintain effective professional relationships with essential internal and external collaborators and intermediaries in the communications value chain that enable the achievement of effective communications outcomes.
  • Verbal and written engagement with internal and external stakeholders that promote the brand/CVP/EVP/product/service in support of the communications, marketing and business strategies and objectives.
  • Apply knowledge and understanding of the business context to ensure credible and effective internal and external communication with stakeholders.
  • Develop and/or assist the development of brand strategies across the applicable/relevant spectrum of communications disciplines including reputation management; media; public relations; internal communications; brand marketing; advertising; marketing; digital; social and new media and production of materials to deliver on business objectives.
  • Apply integrated communication strategy by using the relevant channels to enhance the marketing and communication mix and drive value.
  • Maintain relationships with creative and media agencies, suppliers, and Group Marketing to implement and manage the brand image.
  • Manage campaigns, advertising, and creative briefs to agencies as well as approval of promotional and new product solution launches.
    Promote the brand by ensuring that our people understand and are inspired to live it.Develop the brand and advertising strategy in alignment with the business and marketing strategy.
  • Manage branding to ensure awareness and consistency within the Cluster.
  • Utilize best practice initiatives within the cluster to deliver on brand and advertising objectives.
  • Provide branding direction and support to the PR, Events and Special Projects teams to ensure brand consistency externally.
  • Ensure consistency and effectiveness of delivery of brand and advertising campaigns by assessing and monitoring implementation of initiatives and projects.
