Qualifications/Experience

  • A Commercial/Business degree.
  • A Master’s degree and/or a professional qualification will be an added advantage.
  • At least five (5) years’ working experience in a similar environment.
  • Strong Account Strategies, Client Relationship, Leadership, Regulatory Requirements, Solutions Development, Strategy Execution skills.

  • Grow the portfolio of customers in terms of number of accounts, total deposits, and the loan book.
  • Develop comprehensive account strategy for relationships under management.
  • Build strong partnerships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for efficient strategy execution.
  • Implement Bank strategies for meeting customer needs and provide solutions for corporate customers.
  • Actively monitor trends and developments in the banking industry for the benefit of the Society.
  • Enforce compliance with facility approval terms, underwriting standards and regulatory requirements through regular monitoring and reporting procedures.
  • Promptly recognize and report any deteriorating credits to ensure discipline and quality in the portfolio.
  • Comply with all Society and regulatory policies.
