Job Description

Qualifications/Experience

  • First Degree in Business, Computer Science, Technical or equivalent will be required.
  • Certifications in project management and/or business analysis an added advantage.

KEY RESULT AREAS

  • Support implementation of business initiatives.
  • Ensure launched products are working as planned i.e. customer journey, billing, reporting
  • Acts as a go between Business, ICT and vendor for product/service implementation
  • Constantly reviewing customer journey to ensure it meets the needs of the customer.
  • Ensuring delivered product/service meets the specifications in the project concept document and new business initiative.
  • Benefits realization reporting.
  • Documentation of governance requirements.
  • Research and development of key trends in banking in the country and region
  • Implementation of roadmap
  • Testing of new products/services and amendments to products/services
