Job Description
Qualifications/Experience
- Degree in Real Estate management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years working experience in a similar position.
- Strong grasp of property investments, lease management, SLA management with realtors and reconciliations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Key Result Areas
- Tenant Vetting and onboarding.
- Lease Management.
- Monitoring and reconciling all rentals collected and deposits.
- Compile and prepare monthly report of financial performance.
- Respond to all leasing-related inquiries from tenants and managing agents including aiding in resolving tenant disputes.
- Initiate the handing over of all defaulting tenants to the Banks Legal Team
- Filling of all leases and maintaining up to date lease records.
- Conduct feasibility studies and due diligence for acquisitions and new developments for investment properties and value add models.
- Review property inspections from managing agents and initiate repairs and maintenance works.
- Supervise and coordinate the construction project team for refurbishments, renovations, and new projects.
- Property valuation reviews.
- Review contracts between the bank and contractors.
- Prepare and compile monthly reports on investment properties developments refurbishment and maintenance.
- Filing of all mandates and maintaining up to date database property activity.
- Conducts regular research on Real Estate developments and industry trends.
- Interactions with key stakeholders for the Investment Property Portfolio.
