Qualifications/Experience

A degree or Higher National Diploma in, Architecture, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
Postgraduate Degree in Project Management or PMP Certified.
Proficient with advanced Auto CAD/ Arch CAD.
Registration with a relevant professional body is a must.
A minimum of 8 years post qualification experience, with at least 3 years at managerial level.
Able to prepare or interpret and evaluate Bills of Quantities.
Strong property development skills.
Good project reporting and analysis skills.
Strategic project planning, budgeting and monitoring thereof.
Presentation, analytical and writing skills.
Group co-ordination capabilities.
Proven asset, project management, and risk management experience in a listed company

Key Result Areas

Preparation and presentation of project budgets, including ongoing budget monitoring and control.
Implement the organization’s real estate strategy in product improvement (refurbishment projects) and product diversification (new builds) as part of the overall business strategy.
Presentation of credible project reports and other related reports to the Real Estate Executive.
Assistance in corporate level negotiations and dealings with major suppliers /customers /partners
/regulatory bodies.
 Contributing to strategic business planning and development as a member of the management team.
 Recommend appropriate policies and procedures for project controls in compliance with international
standards, legal and regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
 Support the Real Estate Executive and co-operate with management in decision making on issues pertaining to real estate initiatives.
