QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Business Studies or equivalent.
- Working experience in Sales administration and basic accounting.
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in a similar position.
- Good communication skills.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Order processing.
- Management of the cash to credit ratio.
- Acting capacity for sales representatives in absentia.
- Debt recovery plan of the department.
- Back office CRM – point of contact for customers with queries about orders or deliveries.
- Development and mentoring of salesmen’s reporting skills.
- Vehicle management / Fleet management.
- Cost management – RTO processes.
- Preparation, analysis and interpretation of the Departmental Income statement.
- All administrative mass market departmental duties.
- Asset Register maintenance.
- Customer complaints (DSU Reps) handling.
- Supervision of the DSU team.
- Constant review of the SOPs for DSU to facilitate smooth and full proof selling.
- Compilation and analysis of sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly).
- Monitoring AXIMOS and Meat Matrix selling activities.
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the superior.
