Senior Audit Manager

• Qualifications/Experience
• CIA and/or CA qualification.
• Banking regulatory knowledge.
• Technology audit exposure
• Automated assurance experience.
• Experience presenting to governance committees
• Pan-African or multinational banking exposure.
• At least 10 years of audit/risk experience.
• Financial services or banking exposure.
• Internal audit management experience.
• Experience leading audit teams.
• Senior stakeholder engagement capability.
• Strong data analytics orientation.
• Risk-based auditing expertise.
• Audit planning and reporting experience.

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Plan, execute, and report on comprehensive financial, operational, and compliance audits across business portfolios.
• Assess internal controls, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend practical solutions to mitigate strategic risks.
• Present audit findings and strategic recommendations to senior management and the Board Audit Committee.
• Manage, train, and mentor junior audit teams.
• Ensure the organization adheres to local Zimbabwean regulations, RBZ (Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe) directives.
