Accountant Reporting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CA(Z), CPA, or progress toward one.
• At least 3 years experience in accounting or financial reporting experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting standards, and banking regulations.

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts.
• Ensure financial statements comply with IFRS, banking regulations, and internal policies.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and maintain financial records.
• Analyze financial data, variances, trends, and key performance indicators.
• Prepare regulatory returns and submissions to relevant authorities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial information.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or other reporting tools.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information and reporting systems.
